Troubleshooting Common Issues

URL Not Recognized

If you receive an error that the URL is not recognized, try these solutions:

  • Make sure you've copied the complete URL
  • Check that the Reel is from a public account, not a private one
  • Try refreshing the Instagram page and copying the URL again
  • Ensure the content hasn't been deleted or made private since you copied the link

Download Not Starting

If the download doesn't start after clicking the download button:

  • Check if your browser is blocking pop-ups
  • Try using a different browser
  • Disable any ad-blockers or download managers temporarily
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try the download again

Processing Takes Too Long

If the processing seems to be taking too long:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Refresh the page and try again
  • The Reel might be unusually long or high-quality, requiring more processing time
  • Our servers might be experiencing high traffic; try again later
